The classical manual Giang Hồ Bách Cục Bí Phổ (game 50) concludes: draw. One side holds the bridge, the other presses in; whoever catches the other's first slip is the one who overturns the book's verdict. The name is a classic scene from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms (chapter 42): Zhang Fei alone holding Changban Bridge, three shouts that froze the Cao generals — while the historical kernel is just twenty horsemen and a demolished bridge, as the anecdote below separates out.
